Hello. I’m in a bit of a rut. Being borderline homeless, I’m living with two different family members at two different addresses, with one of them being the primary one for my mail.
Before, I have recieved medicaid using one of the addresses, but now both have put me in a situation where if I apply for medicaid renewal, it mighy screw up what they have.
My major worry is that if I use my primary mailing address, it might mess with what my sister has.
My sister uses Medicaid, too and she absolutely needs it, as she’s suffering from severe autism and relatively low functioning.
If I list this address for the purposes of my medicaid, will it negatively impact what my sister has? I am suffering from numerous mental disorders myself and I need the insurance to afford medication and my therapist, and I cannot hope to afford anything on the Marketplace.
I can’t use the other address, because they also have their own thing with medicaid and also medicare. I feel utterly stuck and hopeless and have no idea what to do.
