A little back round about me. I am a 27yr old going to Grad School and unemployed.
My mother recently passed and am in need of therapy . I have not seen a gyno or doctor in years.
I have no idea how to get insurance or what plans would best fit my needs. I used to have health insurance through my school but found that the coverage wasn’t great so I did not renew it.
Please help me as I’m struggling with mental health and can’t afford $125 per therapy session.
EDIT: My zipcode is kind of all over the place as I am back and forth between 75039 and 14201
