Texas. I had an obgyn who said we had to pay for a c section prior to delivery. Everything had to be paid off by 20-30 weeks. I ended up having a natural vaginal delivery. Was I supposed to get the difference back since I didn’t have a c section? It’s been 6 years.

She was my first and only doctor for years so I didn’t question the way she did things. I recently had a 4th using another doctor and it was because of him that I found out you are supposed to get that money back.
