How do I decide on a plan when most of the prices say “deductible?”

If I see a specialist, this means the price for a visit is whatever the doctor decides, and I pay for it in full until I meet my deductible? I am choosing between 3 plans. These are the only three that have all my doctors in-network. I have narcolepsy, so keeping my doctors the same is really important.

Blue Options 1419, $540
Deductible: $8,700
Out of Pocket: $8,700
PCP: Deductible
Specialist: $20 for value choice or Deductible
Lab: $15 copay
Imaging: Deductible
Generic Drugs: Deductible (retail)
Preferred Brand Drugs: Deductible (retail)

Blue Options 1705, $564
Deductible: $6,850
Out of Pocket: $6,850
PCP: Deductible
Specialist: Deductible
Lab: Deductible
Imaging: Deductible
Generic Drugs: Deductible (retail)
Preferred Brand Drugs: Deductible (retail)

Blue Options 2119, $617
Deductible: N/A, $3k for Pharmacy
Out of Pocket: $8,700
PCP: $50 copay
Specialist: $75 copay
Lab: $50 copay
Imaging: $300 copay
Generic Drugs: $30 copay
Preferred Brand Drugs: $200 copay

How am I supposed to compare these plans when I don’t actually know how much a lot of these things are going to cost me? I am tempted to get the most expensive plan, just because I am prepared and know how much things cost with the copay.

Suggestions welcome !
