What happened when…

The premiums went down in the middle of this year, 2021?

I’m trying to pick a new plan but the marketplace says my current plan is $100 more than it is. Will the premium prices be lowered again or what? I know that’s a dumb question but I haven’t been paying attention.

Also it looks like Florida Blue (BCBS) isn’t offering PPOs this year, just EMOs and HMOs. I did a search on the sub and found a post from a month ago about it but that guy’s HMO didn’t require referrals. The one I’m looking at that I can afford does. So is that the only difference between EPOs and HMOs – referrals?

Also is the marketplace usually up to date with providers because it says my current plan doesn’t have two of my key Doctors in network but obviously they are.
