I can’t get a hold of Friday Health Plans (stupid name, I know) by phone (interminable hold, call back doesn’t work). I get no replies from my email messages or web form on their website. And, I can no longer log into the customer portal. Their last Twitter post is 3 years old.
(Yet, my monthly payments are going through.)
Do I have to drive to Alamosa Colorado and knock at their front door?
How do I find out if they are still in business?
