My fiancé is covered under my blue cross ppo plan. I am wondering what the criteria and needs are to get her breast reduction covered by our insurance. She has had chronic issues from this including back pain and a prior surgery for a disc.
I was looking to see if there is anyone here with knowledge on this process, or any insurance professionals that could help guide us? We feel like this is becoming very complicated and that we are getting the run around – frustrating since I’ve paid so much to insurance over the last few decades..
