Had my Quad tendon repaired. As I became lucid from anesthesia, I was being wheeled out to my parents car, they said, “hey, we got this great knee brace on you. Thing is, it probably won’t be covered by insurance, and we don’t know what it costs. Sign this so you can be on your way”
It’s an X-Rom L1833 knee brace. It’s on sale for under $200 everywhere. I got a bill for $740. This is a joke! What can I do?
