Hi! I recently had a “beauty mark” mole removed – not because it was of any concern or was changing or anything, I just had always wanted to have it removed – and the doc easily removed it in an instant and then offhand said he would send it to be tested just as a best practice, and I didn’t know any better to protest. Now I have a bill for $734 for that test. Is that normal? Says “laboratory services” on the explanation of benefits, and I have GEHA HDHP so it’s all on me. Is there anything I can do? TIA!
