My wife and I both have jobs with good health insurance plans. Right now we’re paying for a family plan at about $200 a month. But we don’t have kids or plan to ever have kids. The “single” rate on our health insurance is about $70/mo from each employer. Are we legally able to sign up for two separate “single” health care plans and save a combined $60 a month?
