I haven’t been insured for at least 3 years. My last job did not offer health insurance and I ended my employment there in December after my grandmother passed away so I could have time to take care of a few things. I am currently unemployed and about to begin the job search but I would really like to get some health insurance so I can see a primary care doctor and maybe get some routine blood work. I’m in my 20s and my parents passed away from heart failure and cancer so I feel like it is important to know where I stand health-wise. I just don’t know where to begin. Any help is appreciated!
