Question about Health Savings Account

Hello and thanks in advanced for helping me! My insurance for my new job partially covers Invisalign and my ortho office also works with HSA’s. Because of the way it’s structured, I can only put in a few hundred dollars a month for the rest of this calendar year. Do I need to save up enough in my HSA first before I can start my treatment or can I pay for the costs up front (like on a no/low interest credit card) and then slowly pay it off as I put money into my HSA? I was thinking about calling my ortho office on Monday but I figured I’d try to get some more knowledge before that phone call. Thanks for your insight and have a great weekend!
