What happens if you forgot to report your income changes which would make you ineligible for medi-cal ? He never reported his income therefore he had medi-cal for all of 2021 when it should’ve been terminated. Does anyone know what happens? What would the penalty be? I’d like to hear all of your stories. We’re in California btw. Thanks for all your help.
