So I applied for a Health net plan because when I looked at covered California it was one of the only options for a gold 80 ppo(this is the type of plan I want) and I had a blue shield of California ppo plan through my employer now I realize I can apply for the blue shield of California 80 gold ppo but I’m wondering if its too late even though I haven’t actually paid for the plan yet?
Am I just screwed? I’ve never had to apply for my own health insurance before and so I”ve never been through this process before.
