Hey everyone, I recently got a new job. A huge pay bump I couldn’t say no to. The problem is my health insurance is changing. I have seen the same therapist for about 5 years now. He will now be out of network. Can I talk to my new insurance company and see if I can appeal to see him? What are the chances that they accept it? I do see him for chronic suicidal ideation and he has helped me immensely. Really don’t want to regress. I understand I could try and find a new doctor, but exploring these options first. 25, 36000 income
