ACA 2022 – EPO versus HMO (Florida)

I lose my COBRA insurance, company PPO at the end of year. The only options in marketplace for the state of Florida is EPO or HMO. Neither programs require referrals. Being a little on the older side I have a couple of specialists that participate in both the programs. I do travel out of state fairly frequently and as such the PPO was nice to have. I worry that if something happened to me while being away from home I could be in some trouble with regards to finding a health care provider out of state. It looks like the EPO premiums are higher than the HMO premiums however I am not worried about cost but more focused on quality. The company I am looking at is Florida Blue. With all this in mind would the EPO be the better choice over an HMO? Thank you in advance
