ACO vs HDHP – premiums are similar

My employer is offering both ACO ($0 deductible) and HDHP w/ HSA ($3k deductible). I read up on the tax benefits of HDHP and thought it made sense for me because I’m young and relatively healthy.

However, people often tout the lower premiums of HDHP as the benefit over other programs but in looking through my options my monthly cost is essentially the same (about $45/mo for either). Am I missing something here?? When I read about the difference in premiums between an HDHP and PPO people claim the difference is $200/mo or more.
