Long story short, I recently turned 26 and have been removed from my parents plan. I tried to apply for Kentucky Medicaid but apparently I was denied because “I don’t live in Kentucky”. I recently moved, so I’m not sure how to go about that, but I need to see a doctor soon to refill my medication for my heart arrhythmia. While I’m figuring out insurance, could I see a doctor and pay out of pocket considering I just need a way to refill my prescription?
