I have Ambetter because I requested to be part time at one of my jobs that was full time (mental health issues lmao). I haven’t had any issues with denials or anything. I use it to cover my therapist appointments and general doctors appts.
I feel like all the issues people have that they report to sites like Better Business Bureau are not common. I think it’s most likely the vocal minority. I like their site and, in my area at least, 98% of doctors/hospitals/clinics accept it so I haven’t had an issue there.
