Anyone with Peachstate from GA have an issue where they changed your copay amounts?
S.O had an appt yesterday, his insurance card specifically states PCP $0 copay and Specialists $5. We get there and thankfully we were seen but at check out it’s thrown at us copay is $60 vs $5. Sure enough I call Ambetter and they state I need to call the healthcare exchange, healthcare exchange says Ambetter could have changed the prices.
I’m callin bs!!!! Someone is yankin my chain.
Has anyone else had this issue???
