I was very briefly on what was called “straight” Medi-Cal which approved me to see a specialist in a university. However the referral got denied as my account moved to cal optima(Medi-Cal of orange county). I have followed all their steps and requirements but caloptima is still denying me to see the specialist as it’s a tertiary level of care.
Does anyone know how or if it’s possible to get back on the straight medical?
