My wife and went to great lengths to ensure that our two children with cystic fibrosis would be covered at their usual children’s hospital and keep their doctor when we changed insurance. Now we are being told by our doctor’s office that they are no longer covered there. The insurance company is saying that we cannot change insurance this time because open enrollment is over. We are unsure what we can do.
