Just received a letter of appeal claiming that my Knee arthroscopy was only partially covered. I have Medicaid. Out of the $30,000 $18,000 was covered. I go to the hospitals website and they say that the entirety of the surgery was covered in full. According to the Medicaid portal I was only given $18,000. I am confused.
