In Illinois, on Medicaid. I got a notice that assigned me to Molina and to a PCP. This person does not exist, the phone number doesn’t go anywhere and the address is a street that does not exist in my city. This must be fraud but by whom, and what is the mechanism? Can anyone explain?
Also for myself I want to get assigned to a real doctor but I also want to report this. What is going on and how do I report?
