Hi guys. I have posted this situation on here before but I could not find my post so I am posting again..
Here’s my background:
I have been on Tricare all of my life because my step dad is retired navy
I am getting kicked out of their health insurance this month because I am turning 23 and that’s their limit
I DO work but under the table as a caregiver for a private home. Obviously they do not offer health insurance
I am a full time nursing student expected to graduate 2023. My college does not offer health insurance (Clackamas community college)
I went on healthcare.gov and I still did not know what to choose from because most do not cover what I want. I care a lot about my dental and vision being covered. I only take one prescription medication which is an anti anxiety. And I do not mind paying 100-200 a month for it.
I also almost did United health care and Cigna but after reading Reddit posts, they’re terrible. What’s your health insurance and have you had good experiences with it? I love personal anecdotes!
