I will be giving birth at an out of network hospital in July because my insurance has no in network hospitals for my county. The closest hospital that is in network is over an hour away. My OB/GYN office only delivers at the hospital in my city (that is out of network). I was told my doctor delivering the baby is in network and the “birth” would be covered but that I would have to pay a facility fee and for my epidural. Wondering if anyone can give me a ball park estimate of what I should be expecting to pay out of pocket and if you have any advice on this situation.
