It’s my first time trying to get healthcare on my own and when I filled out the form online it immediately came back saying I didn’t qualify because my income is too low but I am welcome to buy private insurance. I applied the middle of last month. Now today I get a letter saying that I am ineligible for benefits because I missed my appointment. I don’t know what appointment I missed since I thought I had already been denied for a low income.
Can someone tell me what I did wrong, if anything?
