My health plan was renewed automatically, but I want to switch plans. However, I’m not sure which plan I want to switch to yet, and even though California’s open enrollment runs through January 31, the website is telling me I have until December 15 to switch plans. I’m still researching which plan is best for me. Do I have to switch today? Or can I cancel the plan I’ve been renewed into and still sign up for a new plan within the next 6 weeks? Thanks!
