So now I regret sticking with ucare and wish I made the jump to blue cross blue shield, can I still change my insurance if i mention I was supplied incorrect information about coverage.
Can this be a special circumstance to help me change my insurance past enrollment period? This is a serious medical issue for me and I assumed that my insurance agent was basically telling me accurate information.
