I am being balance billed by a doctor and insurance isn’t being helpful. All my research states there should be a clause in the agreement between my in network doctor and my insurance that the doctor agrees to not bill me for the balance and agrees to their rates.
Im thinking I need to go to court so would need that agreement. Do you think my insurance can send it to me?
