Currently living in Colorado, I have a job where I too much for Medicaid but it does not offer health insurance benefits. I understand I have missed the enrollment period for a plan through Colorado Health First, but it says that qualifying life events including having moved to the state in the past 60 days can allow you to enroll still. I’ve been living here 5 months but my permanent address on my ID, etc is still in my old state. Would this maybe allow me to say that I just moved here in the past 60 days? Or would this be grounds for getting in a lot of trouble? I have been working here since September so that might diminish any chances of this working, just want to see what people think. Kind of desperate
