Can out of state specialist be covered with insurance?

I am an amputee (right leg below the knee), and I moved from Georgia to Texas with my fiancé. This is a permanent move until he finishes his teaching assistantship, but that is a ways away. I need to apply for new insurance, but my problem is that the current prosthetic specialists I have been using for the past ten years are in Georgia, and I love and I don’t want to lose them. They know all the in’s and outs of my leg, and there is so much medical history I don’t know where to start with someone new. The goal is not to lose them!

Is there a way I can keep them on despite moving to a new state? Or can someone point me in the right direction of where I can get information? I have my current plan through healthcare marketplace and was going to do that again unless that means losing them.
