Cannot Afford Health Insurance, Other Ways to Get Medication?

I’m really distraught because my premium went from $186 to $644/month after my income went from $24k to $80k this past year. i personally cannot afford $644/month or justify it considering I’m in my twenties and rarely utilize services. Would I like to be able to have an annual and gyno appt once a year? Yes. But I cant justify the cost of $644/month. I was paying $186/month last year and only had a single annual bloodwork appt with my primary. I was still billed $300 for this bloodwork which I havent paid yet. I take Wellbutrin and Levothyroxine and am wondering if its possible to forego health insurance this year and find a way to get my medications without having health insurance. I know nobody thinks a medical emergency will happen to them, but it hurts to pay $644/month on something I don’t see myself taking advantage of when I have so many other bills. I checked the available plans in my state and absolute lowest would be $484 a month, I still cannot justify paying that.
