Sorry if this is the wrong place for this question. It’s really more to do with the health insurance site than health insurance itself, but I don’t know where else to ask.
I went to healthcare.gov and filled out an application for next year, but I screwed it up. It’s happened once in the past and I was able to delete the application and start over. This time though, I can’t delete it. I go to “application details” and click “remove application” and I get an error saying that my application wasn’t removed and to log out and try again in 30 minutes. I’ve tried a few times today, and haven’t had any luck. Could this just be a temporary technical issue, something new happening this year, or can some applications not be deleted?
