I’m trying to verify some of the charges for when my wife fell and went to the hospital last fall (she is fine now, just some pulled muscles in her back) and I have the EOB, but none of the Service Codes or Descriptions they use on the EOB can be found on the Hospitals Chargemaster or their list of Shoppable Services.
Do I have to convert the Service Code to a CPT code or something like that? Thanks for your help.
