Captivate double-clicks and right-clicks in HTML5 not working

Has anyone had an issue with double-clicks or right-clicks not working as intended in HTML5 output?

My team uses Cp2019 (11.5.1499) to develop non-responsive, pretty much linear, software demonstration modules wherein double-clicks and/or right-clicks are used. In Flash, we never had this issue. Now that we’ve converted to HTML5, the aforementioned issue occurs randomly.

We use Saba LMS to deliver eLearning and advise our learners to view the modules in Chrome or Edge.

Any insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated!
