Can a Medicaid long term care caseworker threaten to cut a client’s cna/hha hours if their family member obtains a caregiver’s FMLA?
My family member’s caseworker for -insert major insurance company here- threatened to cut some of their services if I were to put in a caregiver’s FMLA with my employer. I need the caregiver’s FMLA for job security purposes and to answer the door for my family member.
I’m somewhere in Florida. I’m in my 30s and my family member is 65+. I have disability issues that prevent me from doing certain hha/cna duties. I do my best with what I have.
Thanks in advance for your help.
