I live in upstate NY, I am switching jobs and my employer doesn’t offer a health package, however they are willing to cover 100% of the cost of whatever I get from the state marketplace. I don’t have too much of a clue about any of this, but they’re willing to give $1000 a month towards coverage or more if I pick a plan now that exceeds that. I want Lasik coverage, vision, dental and health.

My questions are how much is the monthly cost usually for a good plan covering the above?
