Charges for bloodwork were covered well over a year ago by insurance I had from my graduate program, all of a sudden today I received bills for the same bloodwork with all the insurance charges reversed! What do I do?

No longer covered by that old insurance as I have since graduated and moved on to employer health insurance so I no longer have access to the claims website for the former insurance (Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield)
