Choosing a company

Hi there. I have a quick question (maybe) that hopefully someone can chime in on. I am just starting work for a new employer (a very large employer) and they offer the same plans with a choice of companies. The coverage appears to be identical but the rates vary depending on what they negotiated with the insurance providers. Copays, out of pocket, everything is identical on all levels (I am choosing “Platinum”).

I called and it looks like my local clinic/institution (Scott and White) take all three of them (Aetna, Cigna, and United Health Care). The “grades” I have looked up appear to be pretty close for my area (Central Texas). Are there any other factors to consider? The monthly spread isn’t much with the most expensive (UHC) being about $60 more than the cheapest (Cigna).

Thanks in advance!
