Choosing Kaiser Healthcare Plan

I’m in the process of choosing a healthcare plan through my employer and I’d like to know how much you guys have been charged for routine checkups and bloodwork. I’m in my early 20s and consider myself healthy, but I’d like to get in the habit of getting a checkup and bloodwork done once a year. I haven’t had insurance through Kaiser in a few years, so would I be considered a new patient firstoff? I read a sample fee list saying it’d be $85 for a new patient checkup vs $250 for an existing customer. Bloodwork costs are a little fuzzy too. I’d like to just check my basic vitamin, mineral, and cholesterol levels. Is there an all-encompassing test I can do or would I have to pay for each separately? How much is that generally? I’m in SoCal for reference
