My employer offers Compass Health Pro now called Alight. They offer an advocate that assists with medical billing disputes, finding in network facilities, pricing for procedures, etc and its incredibly useful. I am taking a new job that does not offer this service so I am curious if anyone is aware of similar companies/services that can be bought by a consumer rather than having to be offered by an employer.
