I was searching for insurance policies today. I’ve recently been terminated and am 6.5 months pregnant.
I called blue cross blue shield and I was directed to a health insurance policy who told me I was eligible for a Florida blue policy… after I paid for my policy they then sent me information for strata health group? They told me all of the doctors I am seeing are covered, once I received my information to login to the account, none of the providers are coming up.
Is this actually blue cross blue shield ? Or is this something different. I’m totally confused and now I’m worried.
