I had a long hospital stay and so far insurance paid and I reached my max OOP. I just got more EOB but now they claims were denied and the reason given is that the care may be covered by another payer per COB. Thing is, I don’t have another insurance. Can anyone make sense of it? What should I do next? I didn’t receive a bill yet but EOB are terrifying on their own..
