I have 3 options at work: Aetna, BCBS and Cigna. Cigna is 20 less per pay period. From everything I heard, they all should be somewhat similar with Cigna having worse rep, however, I never had Cigna previously. Is it worth a shot or is $550 a year not enough to offset the negatives?
