I have USA health insurance. Certain doctors are ‘in network’. I have a primary care provider doctor who I mainly see. But if the insurance covers other doctors ‘in network’ too, then what is the significance/difference with the primary care provider?
Like does she cost less than other doctors who are also in my Anthem health insurance ‘network’? Or if not what is the difference?
