I’ll likely be calling their customer service line, but I wanted to ask here as well.
They also request evidence of coverage within 60 days prior to my qualifying life event (I moved), and I don’t know what to provide for this. What kind of documentation besides a bill (which I don’t have) could be used to prove coverage in that certain timeframe?
When I contacted my previous locality’s Medicaid office they sent me a copy of my Medicaid’s approval decision showing when coverage from my plan started, but this doesn’t actually prove that I had coverage within 60 days of my move because my approval was longer than 60 days beforehand.
