Covered California. Question about how income affects prices

So obviously the less income you have, you get more of a tax credit for you pay a lesser premium each month.

1) And let’s say I make a lot less than I was planning too, I get a refund for the tax credit I was suppose to get right (when I file my taxes)?

2) What about the amount I spent on copays and stuff. Do I get that refunded as well? Because If I’m ass poor, my copay is only like 20 bucks for a specialist whereas if I make more, it shoots up to like 65 bucks. Is the difference also refunded like the premium difference is?
