Cut-out Characters Not Working

I’d like to ask my fellow users to try the following steps which previously worked for me in prior versions.

  1. Click on Assets in the Captivate Toolbar
  2. Click on Characters from the Categories along the left-hand side of the Assets window.
  3. Double click a character set from any of the characters you see in this window.
  4. Select a pose from the window, select any of the options from Closeup, Half, Full and Use High Resolution Images.
  5. Click Insert.

This has always worked as expected for me but while teaching a class this week, I had this not work and several of my students reported the same issue. Eventually, it would work but often only after repeating the steps several times. If you find the same problem please submit a bug report to Adobe letting them know. The more people that report such issues, the more likely they will be resolved quickly.
