Took my kid to an urgent care clinic after she hit her head and had a nasty gash. Now I’ve gotten the bill, and while we got a contract savings on the exam and laceration repair, insurance covered $0 of the balance and showed denial code DED. I can’t find an explanation of that one anywhere. Anyone know?
